In an event where the Electronic products have faults, damages and/or not working at the time the products are delivered/ received by the customer, he/she can claim a replacement/refund depending on the product category. In a situation where the product that is received by the customer does not match proper image or the description published, the customer should contact us within 1 week and should inform us the same. You also need to make sure that the packaging is in the original condition and is unused. The products that are considered to be “No Longer Needed” or “Change of mind” will not be considered as a genuine reason to claim a refund/replacement. The Manufacturer’s Terms and Conditions should be taken into account for devices such as Mobile phones, Tabs and Laptops. When returning, it is a vital fact that the products are in Original manufacturer’s packaging with accessories (if any) and make sure that the packaging is not damaged by the time of returning. In case if the products are repaired, modified or damaged, it will restrict the customer from claiming a refund/replacement.
