Order Accuracy Guarantee If you receive the wrong item, missing item, or an incorrect quantity, please notify us within 30 minutes of delivery. Food Quality Issues If your food is: Cold, spoiled, or under/overcooked Leaked or damaged during delivery Please report the issue with photo evidence within 15 minutes of delivery. Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any cooked or opened food items. However, we do evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. 📦 4.
